Molten larvae
Imagine it -
two people,
sometimes facing each other
sometimes with backs turned
probing or slipping
between layers
two things
gibbered at each other
incomprehensible nonsense.
What an image!
As they change
the cackling into crackling
across the space waves
the mutants falling
and failing and
flailing around with
arms like branches
eyes burning or blank
two entities
multilingual crazies
shuddering centres of energy
the earth passion ringing
the two
bringing ashes to their altars
deny the existence
of the other
and the one
tearing the galaxy into shreds
like children
heaving with laughs
as the idols fall
being altogether here
and nowhere
beings altogether
something else.
